for everyone
No, I don't. But who needs to brew good coffee, a good machine would do that, isn't that so? That was what I thought, until I went through a free coffee course, that teaches one some simple tips to brew a better coffee.

I would have used the word, perfect, but the thing is, in coffee brewing, it is always a process towards getting a better coffee, there should not be any perfect coffee, it keeps getting better.

Similar to many city dwellers, I was using a very easy and convenient single serve coffee maker, with these coffee makers, you do not need to worry about timing, temperature, water quantity and what have you.

You simply insert a coffee pod, press a button and out come a good cup of coffee. It was good but something lacking, call me corny, but I think these coffee lack dimension, there wasn't a full experience.

To get the full experience is to really know what and how to get good coffee without depending on the "features" of any coffee makers.

With this course, you would learn about what water is good for coffee, the water temperature, the grind size. Even the maintenance of your machine is crucial to how your coffee would turn out.

It is a simple course, but something that really make me understand coffee, or rather the brewing of coffee, a little more.
